Modern slavery and human trafficking statement
Financial year reference: ending 31 March 2026. This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for Phrexxonwyshexer (“the organisation”).
1. Applicability
Commercial organisations carrying on business in the United Kingdom with an annual turnover of £36 million or more must publish an annual slavery and human trafficking statement on their website. Organisations below that threshold are not legally required to publish, but may do so voluntarily; we maintain this page for transparency and review it when our operations change.
2. Our business and supply chains
We publish lifestyle and food-awareness content, operate a small editorial studio in London, and engage suppliers such as hosting providers, print services, catering where events occur, and freelance contributors. We regard modern slavery risks in our sector as moderate but not negligible, particularly where supply chains involve goods or services sourced internationally.
3. Policies
We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking. Concerns may be reported to service@phrexxonwyshexer.world. We will cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
4. Due diligence
We seek to contract with reputable suppliers, use written terms where practicable, and review high-risk categories when spend or geography suggests closer checks.
5. Training and KPIs
Staff and regular contractors who engage suppliers receive awareness guidance. We review this statement at least annually and when our operations or the law change.
